Returns and Exchanges
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from SGS Performance Eyewear, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 15 days of your purchase. After 15 days, all sales are final. Exchanges are while supplies last.
To return your SGS Performance Eyewear product:
Please include the following inside your return package:
Telephone Number (should we need to contact you)
Email address (if applicable)
Brief description of the reason for return
Copy of the original, dated sales receipt
The packing slip you received with your product (in lieu of the original sales receipt).
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your product and are happy to exchange your product for another pair of SGS Performance Eyewear glasses within the first 15 days after purchase. If the cost of the replacement product is greater than the original purchase price, please provide your credit card information. If the replacement product is less than the original purchase price, the difference will be credited to the original purchaser.
* Please note that without a valid proof-of-purchase, your return can not be accepted. Any item that has been personally engraved is non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Items that have been personally engraved, however, are still covered under our five year warranty policy (see below). In addition, if you received your product as a gift purchased from SGS Performance Eyewear, it may be sent back for exchange only.
Because we believe customer service should not end after the sales transaction is completed, we promise to repair or replace any broken frame caused by any manufacturer defect as follows:
SGS Performance Eyewear warranties its eyewear against breakage caused by defects in materials or workmanship for five years from the date of consumer purchase and, at its option, will repair or replace any eyewear without charge during that period. Given the nature of the shooting environment, scratched lenses are considered a result of normal wear, and are not covered under warranty.
